1. 앱에서 직접 삭제하기
- SENYA 앱(또는 웹 mysenya.com)을 엽니다.
- 아래 탭에서 "나"를 누릅니다.
- 오른쪽 위 톱니바퀴 아이콘이나 메뉴의 "설정"을 누릅니다.
- 설정 화면 맨 아래의 "회원 탈퇴"를 누릅니다.
- "정말 탈퇴할까요?" 안내를 읽고 "탈퇴하기"를 누릅니다.
삭제는 바로 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 이 계정으로 로그인한 모든 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다. Apple로 로그인한 계정은 Apple 로그인 연결도 함께 해제합니다. 로그인하지 않은 게스트 상태에서도 같은 방법으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때: 삭제 요청하기
앱에 들어갈 수 없거나 직접 삭제가 어려우면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.

본인 확인을 위해 로그인 방식(카카오, Apple, Google 또는 게스트)과 닉네임을 알려 주세요. 본인임이 확인되면 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 앱에서 삭제한 것과 같은 방법으로 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
3. 바로 삭제되는 정보
- 프로필: 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 생년월일, 앱 마켓에서 받은 연령대 정보, 접속 국가 정보
- 로그인 정보: 카카오, Apple, Google 계정 연결 정보와 로그인 세션
- 대화 프로필: 대화에서 쓰는 이름과 소개
- 대화와 이야기: 모든 대화방(나의 이야기)의 메시지, 요약, 진행 내용
- 기억(메모리)과 관계 수치
- 좋아요, 팔로우(내가 한 팔로우와 나를 향한 팔로우), 차단 목록, 북마크, 읽기 진행, 알림
- 내가 쓴 댓글: 내용을 지우고 삭제 처리합니다. 다른 회원이 단 답글은 남습니다.
- 내가 만든 이미지와 음성, 그리고 그 파일
- 공개하지 않은 창작 프로젝트: 아이디어 메모, 작업 중인 초안과 원고, AI 제안과 이미지 요청 문구, 공개된 적 없는 세계관과 캐릭터와 작품 설정(내용을 지웁니다), 검토 중인 이미지와 웹툰 회차. 검토를 기다리던 프로젝트는 검토 대기열에서 빠집니다.
- 푸시 알림 토큰과 기기 등록 정보, 데이터 내보내기 파일
- 보호자 연결은 해제됩니다.
4. 법령에 따라 보관하는 정보
아래 기록은 닉네임, 생년월일, 프로필 사진, 로그인 정보를 지운 계정 번호에만 연결된 상태로 분리하여 보관하고, 기간이 지나면 파기합니다. 기간은 각 기록이 만들어진 날부터 세며, 기간이 지난 기록은 매일 확인하여 삭제하거나 누구의 기록인지 다시 알아볼 수 없게 익명 처리합니다. 이 기록은 법령에 정한 목적 외에는 쓰지 않습니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록(별 충전, 지급, 사용 내역 포함): 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
- 표시, 광고에 관한 기록: 6개월 (전자상거래법)
- 서비스 접속 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
크리에이터가 공개한 작품에 들어 있는 창작물(공개된 캐릭터와 작품, 승인된 이미지와 웹툰 회차)은 다른 회원이 이용하는 작품의 일부이므로 탈퇴 후에도 남을 수 있습니다. 공개된 작품의 이전 버전 기록도 그 작품과 함께 남습니다. 삭제를 원하면 위 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
5. 별과 크리에이터 정산금
- 남은 별은 충전한 유상 별과 보상으로 받은 무상 별 모두 탈퇴와 함께 사라지며 되살릴 수 없습니다.
- 사용하지 않은 유상 별을 환불받으려면 탈퇴하기 전에 환불을 요청해 주세요(이용약관 제11조, 제14조). 앱 마켓에서 결제한 경우 해당 앱 마켓의 환불 절차를 따릅니다. 탈퇴하면 앱에서 별 잔액을 확인할 수 없습니다.
- 크리에이터 정산서와 지급 기록은 삭제되지 않고 위 4항에 따라 보관합니다. 탈퇴하면 앱에서 정산서를 보거나 지급 방법을 고를 수 없으므로, 아직 지급되지 않은 정산금이 있으면 탈퇴하기 전에 위 연락처로 문의해 주세요.
6. 다른 서비스에 남는 정보
- 카카오나 Google 계정에 남은 SENYA 연결은 각 서비스의 계정 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다. Google 로그인은 로그인 확인에만 쓰며 SENYA는 Google 토큰을 보관하지 않습니다.
- 크리에이터로 권리 관리 시스템 Rightis에 등록한 권리 정보는 Rightis의 기록이며 Rightis의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

SENYA account deletion (English)

1. Delete your account in the app
- Open the SENYA app (or mysenya.com on the web).
- Tap "나" (Me) in the bottom tab bar.
- Tap the gear icon at the top right, or "설정" (Settings) in the menu.
- At the bottom of Settings, tap "회원 탈퇴" (Delete account).
- Read the confirmation and tap "탈퇴하기" (Delete account).
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Every device signed in to the account is signed out. For accounts that use Sign in with Apple, the Apple sign-in link is revoked as well. Guest accounts (not signed in) can be deleted the same way.
2. If you cannot use the app: request deletion

Tell us how you signed in (Kakao, Apple, Google or guest) and your nickname so we can confirm the account is yours. Once confirmed, we delete it the same way as in the app within 10 days of your request and let you know.
3. Deleted immediately
- Profile: nickname, profile photo, date of birth, the age range received from the app store, country information
- Sign-in data: Kakao, Apple and Google account links and sign-in sessions
- Chat profiles: the names and descriptions you use in chats
- Chats and stories: messages, summaries and progress in every chat ("나의 이야기")
- Memories and relationship scores
- Likes, follows (yours and those of you), block lists, bookmarks, reading progress, notifications
- Your comments: their text is erased and they are marked deleted. Replies written by others stay.
- Images and voice clips you generated, and their files
- Unpublished creative projects: idea notes, working drafts and manuscripts, AI suggestions and image prompts, and the settings of worlds, characters and works that were never published (their content is erased); images and webtoon episodes still under review. A project waiting for review leaves the review queue.
- Push notification tokens and device registrations, data export files
- Guardian links are ended.
4. Kept for a period required by Korean law
The records below are kept separately, linked only to an account number from which the nickname, date of birth, profile photo and sign-in data have been removed, and are destroyed when the period ends. Each period runs from the date of the record; expired records are checked daily and deleted or anonymised so they can no longer be tied to anyone. They are used only for the purposes the law sets.
- Records of contracts and withdrawals of orders: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of payments and supply of goods, including star purchases, grants and spending: 5 years (same Act)
- Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act)
- Records of labeling and advertising: 6 months (same Act)
- Service access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
Creative works a creator has published (published characters and works, approved images and webtoon episodes) are part of works other members use and may remain after deletion. Earlier versions of a published work stay with that work. Contact us above to ask for their removal.
5. Stars and creator settlements
- All remaining stars, both purchased stars and free reward stars, are removed with the account and cannot be restored.
- To get a refund for unused purchased stars, request it before deleting your account (Terms of Service Articles 11 and 14). Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund process. After deletion you can no longer see your star balance in the app.
- Creator settlement statements and payout records are not deleted; they are kept as described in section 4. After deletion you cannot view statements or choose a payout method in the app, so if a settlement has not been paid yet, contact us before deleting your account.
6. Data held by other services
- You can remove SENYA's connection to your Kakao or Google account in that service's account settings. Google sign-in is used only to confirm who you are; SENYA keeps no Google token.
- Rights information a creator registered with the Rightis rights registry is Rightis's record and is handled under Rightis's policy.
